Welcome Cocktail:  
- Champagne and salmon-caviar rolls or well chilled vodka with pickles, red and white wine

        Assorted Appetizers:
    - Mushroom stuffed with crabmeat
        - Lettuce stuffed with herring, mango and red onion        - Tomatoes stuffed with fresh vegetables

          Soup:
        - Concentrated homemade chicken broth garnished with chicken-stuffed mini pepper

          Prize-Winning Entree:
- Meat dish. The first person to guess all the ingredients of this meat dish wins a prize!
-    Dolma stuffed with lamb
-    Roasted potato stuffed with fried onion, garlic and herbs
-    Giant pasta shells stuffed with 3 cheeses

          Dessert:
        - Tarts stuffed with custard and berries
        - Tea and coffee
